Biography
Heather is the APEC Field Coordinator. She obtained a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and an M. Ed. in Learning Disabilities from Francis Marion University and an M. Ed. in Educational Leadership from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining º£½ÇÊÓƵ, she taught in South Carolina public schools for over thirty years.
