海角视频 welcomed more than 1,900 students for the start of the Fall 2026 semester this week, continuing positive momentum across the College with enrollment growth, new academic programs, campus improvements, and national recognition.
This fall, 海角视频 is seeing continued growth among both undergraduate and graduate students. More returning undergraduate students are back at 海角视频 than last year, with particularly strong growth among online students. Graduate enrollment has also increased nearly 15 percent over last fall, continuing the College鈥檚 growth in flexible programs designed to serve students at different stages of their education and careers.
鈥淭here is nothing quite like the energy that comes with the start of a new academic year and having our students back at 海角视频,鈥 said President John H. Dozier. 鈥淲e are excited to see new students choosing 海角视频, returning students continuing the work they started here, and our campus community coming together again. More than anything, that continued growth tells us that students see 海角视频 as a place where they can build their future, and we are excited about the momentum we are carrying into this year.鈥
Students are also beginning the academic year with new opportunities through programs in Environmental Health, Culture & Media Studies, and Graphic Design. The additions reflect the College鈥檚 focus on developing programs that respond to evolving industries and prepare students for new career opportunities.
海角视频鈥檚 graduate and online offerings are also receiving national attention. Forbes Advisor recently named the College鈥檚 online Master of Arts in Healthcare Administration among its of 2026, designating 海角视频 the 鈥淢ost Accessible Program鈥 on its list.
After evaluating 252 accredited nonprofit colleges, Forbes Advisor found 海角视频 was the most affordable program on the list, with a total program cost of $22,680. 海角视频 also earned the highest overall social mobility score among the top 10 schools at 22 percent, a measure that considers admissions accessibility and graduate earnings.
Students returning to campus this fall will notice some changes, too. A new green space now occupies the former sites of the Daniel Energy Facility and Humphries Hall, classrooms in the Bush Science Center received fresh paint, and McNair Hall was outfitted with new beds and mattresses.
The Student Union also features a completely renovated food service area, including a new 鈥淵ou Cook鈥 station and reusable To-Go Box program designed to help reduce waste.
With classes underway, 海角视频 is looking ahead to a full fall semester of academics, athletics, student activities, and traditions, including Family and Friends Weekend September 25鈥26. With more than 1,900 students, growing academic offerings, national recognition, and continued investment across campus, the College enters the 2026鈥2027 academic year with plenty to celebrate.
